GOOGLE Update

There are several new features that Google has added to our Education Domain:

User-defined Groups - Any FNWSU user can now create a group similar to the public Google Groups with members, an account address to use for file sharing and email, and a section for posted discussions

Folder Sharing - Users can now share entire document folders with other users or groups

NEW and EXCITING - Upload ANY File - Your documents application is now a free online storage site for ANY type of file - photos, music, video, etc - You can upload any file smaller than 250 Megabytes and have a 10 Gigabyte limit.  That's like having a FREE 10 Gb online thumb drive to access your files from any computer.

REALLY IMPORTANT - Student accounts are being piloted in FNWSU.org starting this month.  Every user needs to become aware that there will be students in our domain.  That has consequences on documents, calendars and sites that you have created and made viewable or editable by anyone in fnwsu.org.  Anyone now includes STUDENTS.
