Who am I?I am a girl that has brown eyes

I have brownish red hair.

I like Ice cream and riding four-wheeler.

I love to go swimming one the beach.

I have 8 sisters.

I can’t say who. That’s for you to guess.

I love P.E and candy.

I love spiders, snakes, dogs and cats.

I love to shoot leaches and ride horses

I love nature.

Now guess who I am?

Skiing and snowboarding

The fifth and sixth grade students have been going to Smugglers Notch

every Tuesday. We can either ski or snowboard, I chose to ski. We also

take lessons; depending on your level, your lessons are either at 10:00am

or 1:00pm.  They last for 1 hour and 30 minutes. For the rest of the time

you free ski or snowboard, which means you have to choose either to go to

the top, mid station (middle of the mountain), or stay at Sir Henry (beginners        hill) as many times as you want until its time to leave. It is a very fun field

trip and if you have never gone skiing or snowboarding before, it’s an awesome field trip and it’s very fun!!!!

Did you know bison were called buffalo in the 1920’s? Bison can

be 7 through 11 feet tall. Bison can see well and they have really

good hearing. Bison     can weigh about 1000/2000 pounds. Baby

bison are called calves. Calves are only a few hours old before they

can walk. A group of bison is called a herd. Males aren’t ready to

mate until they are 6 years old. Females are ready when they are

two years old. Bison are the biggest animals in North America.

A bison is a mammal and lives in a terrestrial habitat.

A bison is a mammal. Bison are vertebrates! Bison have really

thick fur. Bison are born alive. Bison get milk from their mother

when they are a baby.  Calves are only about 65 pounds when

they are little. Bison are a type of cow.

Snow

By Marah Levick

Third Grade

Winter is the queen of snowmen.

Turning tree stumps into glow- men

and houses turning into cupcakes

sprinkling sprinkle snow-cakes.

The world looks so yummy.

I want to take a bite that’s so good.

I am a kid because I like to catch

sprinkles with my tongue and my thumb.

DIG FOR GOLD

IN 1938 A BOMB HIT BAKERSFELD.

THE AIRPLANE THAT DROPPED THE BOMB WAS A B-52 BOMBER.

THE REASON THE AIRPLANE DROPPED IT WAS BECAUSE

THERE WAS GOLD IN THE FIELD.

IF THE BOMB WENT 1 MORE MILE DOWN IT WOULD HIT GOLD.

THE AIRPLANE CAME BACK AND DROPPED 1 MORE BOMB…

……………………….. AND HIT GOLD!!!!!!!
